Update:The technicians who came out JD and Maurizio were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly.I had a little bump in the road with this company however I got a call from Kyle (the owner) who was very kind and professional. Rome Aire is professionally managed and the technicians are friendly and proficient. Two technicians installed a new A/C system (air handler in the apartment and compressor in the roof) requiring a full day. After the install, they cleaned up the area and gave instructions regarding use and maintenance. Despite heavy rain and lightning, the installation went smoothly.

Service person was very polite. Unfortunately I was not in town when my A/C thermostat broke. I think the fee was reasonable but was surprised when the $85 service fee was not deducted from the overall price as is often the case (at least in my experience) with other home repair services. But they repaired it quickly and fingers crossed the job was done well.
