I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. It was recommended to me, to call them for my pool heater issue. They were able to come to the house promptly. I was sure I would be sold a new heater but that didn't happen. They did not sell me excess equipment but diagnosed the problem as being related to another piece of equipment that was pool related and which they did not service.
