Decide If You Need an A/C Upgrade
With the lovely spring weather finally upon us, it’s the appropriate time to think about the cooling needs of your home or business place. One of the most essential items on your spring to-do list when it comes to your cooling system is deciding whether you need an AC upgrade. Some factors you should take into consideration include how old your AC system is, how efficient your AC system is, the frequency of repairs that are needed, changes that are happening at your property, and medical issues of building occupants.
Most air conditioning systems will last between 10-15 years depending on how much you use your system and how well it is maintained. If you have a cooling system that is nearing 15 years or is older, it might be a good time to consider going for a more effective and efficient upgrade. I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue and evaluate the system very quickly.We've know that an AC replacement is in our near future and we will certainly be getting a new one with Rome Aire. It was recommended to me, to call them for my pool heater issue. They were able to come to the house promptly. I was sure I would be sold a new heater but that didn't happen. They did not sell me excess equipment but diagnosed the problem as being related to another piece of equipment that was pool related and which they did not service. They were fast, efficient, and personable. I'd use them again.

Rome Aire came out to first assess the situation decided the entire unit needed to be replaced. Their process of communication is great.
