I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue and evaluate the system very quickly.We've know that an AC replacement is in our near future and we will certainly be getting a new one with Rome Aire. It was recommended to me, to call them for my pool heater issue. They were able to come to the house promptly. I was sure I would be sold a new heater but that didn't happen. They did not sell me excess equipment but diagnosed the problem as being related to another piece of equipment that was pool related and which they did not service. They were fast, efficient, and personable. I'd use them again.

Rome Aire came out to first assess the situation decided the entire unit needed to be replaced. Their process of communication is great.
