I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue and evaluate the system very quickly.We've know that an AC replacement is in our near future and we will certainly be getting a new one with Rome Aire. Luckily, John was able to get the compressor back operational for now while we decide on a replacement.A+ service all the way around!

It was recommended to me, to call them for my pool heater issue. They were able to come to the house promptly. I was sure I would be sold a new heater but that didn't happen. They did not sell me excess equipment but diagnosed the problem as being related to another piece of equipment that was pool related and which they did not service. They were fast, efficient, and personable. I'd use them again.

Richard came out to inspect our jacuzzi heater which stopped working. He was thorough and showed me everything he observed. While he was here, he went ahead and conducted our annual preventative maintenance service, which actually was not scheduled until next month but I appreciated him saving us the trip charge on that.

I had the opportunity to work with a couple different technicians. Each of them were professional, and a pleasure to work with. My pool heater was on the fritz and under warranty. Rome Aire came out to first assess the situation decided the entire unit needed to be replaced. Their process of communication is great. They kept me informed of the process via text and email by my choosing. No cost to me and a brand new one was fully installed electrical and all.

So kind and professional,I’m thankful he has come thur the years and maintained my last unit.. he I had mentioned that my old one could go anytime ..TODAY 11/2/22 This company is So professional, I was having a small issue, and even the manager, Alfredo, and Anton, who did great work in fixing the problem! There are very few companies that treat you as well is this company does. I highly recommend Rome Air for any AC heating and pool heating work that you may ever when I need to have done. They are first class.!

Hands down, the best HVAC service provider in Boca Raton.This team successfully arrived to replace my HVAC system, including an extremely inconvenient attic handler in just 24 hours after my initial consultation.We thought we could make it all summer, but our ancient AC unit finally bit the dust earlier this week. I was disappointed in poor communication from my previous HVAC service provider, and gave Rome Aire a shot after a recommendation from a friend. John was over just a few hours later and was professional and friendly as he explained my options, and whether single or dual stage HVAC units were right for me.The next day (today, as of writing), Anton and his team powered through the blistering heat to set us up with the new and improved unit. The team was friendly, kept things clean, and kept me posted all along the process. I even spotted them pulling weeds off the bushes in my front yard when they thought I wasn't looking! If that's not a sign of customer appreciation, I don't know what is.The financing team was also a pleasure to deal with, and remained patient and helpful through an error I made in the process.I highly recommend the entire team at Rome Aire, and plan to sign a service contract to continue working with them in the foreseeable future. You won't be disappointed!
