Branth and team did an amazing job at removing our old ac system and old ductwork and replaced it all with new and updated products. They were all very efficient and tidy and minimized the mess by covering things up internally. We are very pleased with our new system and enjoying the AC.

I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue and evaluate the system very quickly.We've know that an AC replacement is in our near future and we will certainly be getting a new one with Rome Aire. Luckily, John was able to get the compressor back operational for now while we decide on a replacement.A+ service all the way around!

It was recommended to me, to call them for my pool heater issue. They were able to come to the house promptly. I was sure I would be sold a new heater but that didn't happen. They did not sell me excess equipment but diagnosed the problem as being related to another piece of equipment that was pool related and which they did not service. They were fast, efficient, and personable. I'd use them again.

Richard came out to inspect our jacuzzi heater which stopped working. He was thorough and showed me everything he observed. While he was here, he went ahead and conducted our annual preventative maintenance service, which actually was not scheduled until next month but I appreciated him saving us the trip charge on that.

I had the opportunity to work with a couple different technicians. Each of them were professional, and a pleasure to work with. My pool heater was on the fritz and under warranty. Rome Aire came out to first assess the situation decided the entire unit needed to be replaced. Their process of communication is great. They kept me informed of the process via text and email by my choosing. No cost to me and a brand new one was fully installed electrical and all.
