We have used Rome since moving to Fl three years ago. The quality of their customer service is of the highest level. The people who handle the incoming calls are polite and helpful and our technicians have always been professional and very thorough and their prices are reasonable and their response time is very quickWe have had Jasper as our tech the last two visits and will request him for all future service calls. He was not only on time he came early and really took his time to ensure that our unit was well maintained. Would recommend Rome and Jasper to anyone

Update:The technicians who came out JD and Maurizio were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly.I had a little bump in the road with this company however I got a call from Kyle (the owner) who was very kind and professional. He rectified the situation in a very timely manner.Overall I have been impressed with their services and will happily use them for any future needs.

Rome Aire is professionally managed and the technicians are friendly and proficient. Two technicians installed a new A/C system (air handler in the apartment and compressor in the roof) requiring a full day. After the install, they cleaned up the area and gave instructions regarding use and maintenance. Despite heavy rain and lightning, the installation went smoothly.

Service person was very polite. Unfortunately I was not in town when my A/C thermostat broke. I think the fee was reasonable but was surprised when the $85 service fee was not deducted from the overall price as is often the case (at least in my experience) with other home repair services. But they repaired it quickly and fingers crossed the job was done well.

He hooked up a temporary thermostat and said someone would be contact ASAP to install new Nest thermostat.BTW, I paid in full for service and Nest thermostat.Have yet to hear from company since tech was here Sunday and it is now Thursday!
