Service was excellent, John found the problem on my AC unit, he provided all information necessary to make a decision on the repair. He came back the next day first thing in the morning and repaired the unit. He was very professional. Will definitely used their service again.

Daniel with the first assessment visit made a great first impression of what my experience with ROME AIRE would be like. Jordan and his team with the installation works did it great, made everything look so easy and neat, very professional and today John with the inspection visit so productive, very throughout inspection, answered all my questions and I am not a person who ask just few. The visit was very helpful and for my complete peace of mind that I was in the best hands with ROME AIRE .My experience has been so great. This is a company that goes best and beyond for the customer satisfaction in the field and at Corporate. Great follow up from Corporate with any document, any clerical service, appointments. Every little detail meticulously covered. Everyone always keen to help. It was like having a family member doing some work at home. About 8 years ago, my husband and I were looking to replace our 13 year old unit before we had any massive problems. Plus, we also wanted to go with a unit that was more efficient. Rome Aire was THE ONLY company that came out on time and was professional and explained to us the best unit for our home. They came out 5 days later to install the unit and all of the technicians that have ever come to our home have been nothing but courteous, friendly, and so understanding.We have consistently used Rome Aire for the past 8 years and I recommend them to everyone that "Needs an A/C company." I love them even more now than I did the day they installed my unit. My neighbor even had problems with her unit and after waiting 5 hours for another company to NEVER SHOW, I quick whipped out my cell phone and called Rome Aire. They got a tech out to her house in 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and my neighbor was up and running again in less than a day.In South Florida, it is so rare to find a company that comes when they say they will, do the job in a timely fashion AND charge a reasonable fee for their services. But guess what? Rome Aire does all these things! These guys are just great. Rome Aire needs more than 5 stars. They are really a perfect 10. Special shoutout to Kestone who has been our tech since 2013, he's like a bonus family member who also cares about keeping us cool. And we are!

Thank you Rome Air Services for the most professional and efficient AC installation we have ever experienced. Our AC went out in the middle of the night with our four month old baby. We appreciated the quick service from the technicians who came out within hours of our call to check our AC unit. We can’t say enough about the excellent and pristine installation of our new AC unit just 24 hours later. Not to mention they go above and beyond to take care of the permit for your installation. Rome Air was in constant communication with me and answered any questions I had. They take pride in their work and customer service and it shows. Scott was by far the best technician we have dealt with. He found so many different issues and addressed them on the spot. We had a few other AC guys before but they never told us any of this. Barrington and Jeremiah just installed my new air conditioner. Both men were experienced, pleasant and did a great job in installing my AC. Barrington was helpful in giving me tips on the benefits of a UV light and I had that installed after checking and seeing this is a great technology for Florida homes. I have been using Rome Air for 30 years and I am always impressed with the technicians because of their expertise and their wonderful personalities.

Update May 2020Another excellent service call from Rome Aire. Chris was excellent— fast, efficient, good communication, helpful tip on delaying an $800 repair down the road (spray paint a metal “canister” so it won’t rust so quickly).Feb 2020Barrington and Miguel were excellent. They arrived on time to replace our air conditioner. And this was on a holiday, presidents day. They were excellent at listening, and knew what we wanted from the repair person's communication.. They left no mess and even wore shoe coverings in the house to avoid tracking dirt.Best of all, they got it done in one day.

I have 3 properties and have been using Romeaire for them for the best part of a decade. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive and are very pleasant to deal with.When I call with emergencies, which all A/C issues are when you live in Florida, they are there the same day to attend to my air conditioning dramas... the technicians are friendly and professional.
